Simple headshape editing question...

How do u get the face map to not show up black in the perspective view view of oedit?

Yeah! i followed the tutorial exactly. I wonder if it is a directx thing...

...I was having problems viewing on my machine at work. But when I did it at home I could see the face texture fine (a little dark though!)

the textures look darker in oedit. i think ur problem may be directx since it works on a different pc...

Try changing the model scale in the Perspective View drop down of the Options menu. Changing it to 20,20,20 can really brighten things up.

This sometimes causes the image to vanish from the perspective window. You will have to zoom way out and pan crazy-like to find it again. But when you do it will be much brighter.

If loosing the image is too much of problem, try increasing a bit at a time.

Go to 5,5,5 and then recenter, 10,10,10 and recenter and so on.
