http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/ ... oni_hawes/Wow, a bit of a shock. Don't really get why for the Sixers as Dalembert was an expiring too and Noc has that ugly contract. Plus the Sixers have Young, Iggy, Kapono and Turner (Most likely).
Love it from the Kings point of view though.

Sacramento had a great center finally, Dalembert will help to Reke and the Kings to win 10 games more than last season

.

Don't think that is that bad deal for Sixers, Nocioni contract isn't that ugly, he only has 2 more seasons left (3rd is Team Option), while we get a young, decent center. Dalembert had a good run with the Sixers (although frustrating sometimes) and hopefully he'll do well in Sac-town as well. Surprising deal nevertheless.

Oh wow! I like that trade, especially for philedelphia, now the 76ers have two young centers Hawes and Smith and both players can grow, boy i love this. And now the 76ers have another forward, i don't know if Nocioni will backup Ai but i think he should, i think Nocioni is still kind of decent, not great but kind of a decent player.

Yah, Sixers have a great pick at the Draft for taking a center. Hawes? He is good.

good move by the 76ers..
first trade of the off-season..

I read somewhere that Hawes was gonna be traded in any moment because the Kings wanted to draft Cousins too (Wiz - Wall, Sixers - Turner, Nets - Favors, Wolves - Johnson). Will find the link later..

This trade basically tips the Sixers' hand when it comes to the draft. I would be extremely surprised if they draft anyone not named Favors or Cousins. Hawes can be a nice bench big man with his 15-20 foot shooting range and Nocioni, well, I find that addition puzzling as well.
Dalembert fits in Sacramento really well. He doesn't need the ball to be effective, he sends Landry back to the bench (where he's at his best), and gives them a potentially good defensive duo with Thompson. This leaves the door open for them to jump on Aminu or Babbitt in the draft as well.
I actually really like it for the Kings.

Probably. It'll be be extremely entertaining when they try to tell their fans that the trio of Hawes-Brand-Speights should be something to be excited about.

Kings and Sixers, trying to upstage Game 7 of the Finals.

I'd agree that the Kings got the better end of the deal, worst case scenario Dalembert is an expiring contract that they can benefit from one way or another. Didn't benji post some stats showing that Hawes is the most inefficient player/detrimental to his team in the league?

First the Lakers win and now this. Someone kill me.

Hawes is soft as dog shit in the rain.

Elton is to get 16 mil next season?
This team has a bright future ahead, especially now that they have Noc and Hawes.
