Jumba-Trons

Does anyone made progress when it comes to the animated textures ? I'm trying to get acess/edit the Jumba Tron textures (Not the ones in the jumbatron.iff's) the ones of the Boston Celtics with K.G. c.o. making stupid facial expressions for instance. i guess they are located in the arena files.

it has to be. removing the Led file turns it off, and replacing it with another removes the garnett yelling, but the celtics logo is still there. interesting

yes i tried it yesterday, i replaced them with larry bird and robert parish. i tried pretty much everything, same file size bigger file size etc. didn't work out.. also i tried it with just overlaying and leave the garnett and pierce to try if it works out somehow. the celtics logo worked well though. i replaced it with the old one and it appeared, but garnett and pierce didn't work out at all. i tried the same with the utah jazz led. i replaced the logo and it didn't work out, strange it works with the celtics logo, maybe its something about the color information, i will try to replace it with some cracked up 8 bit style pictures.
