Okay, so it requires the previous version, so that question is answered.

I noticed that the draft has a lot of wrong colleges listed. Is that due to a limitation of the roster editor? I could probably try to go through and fix them, and upload the new DC versions.

bro i was confused also but its easy, right above where it says paypal there is a box that says FREE
just click there then a verify box will pop up and ask you to enter in some numbers, do that then download
and it will take sixty seconds and it will give you a link hope that helped

great work, i'm really apreciate, draft classes is the most excitin' thing, BUT after '04 draft I notice a lot (I mean A LOT) S.Livingstons and after '05 some center was in almost every team..

Jammaster just try don't simulate a game,and create new settings file. Or u can simulate draft

Yeah, i noticed those glitches too. And sometimes players loose their heads (jerseys and/or head become invisible). I hope those bugs will be fixed.

Another glitch I found was that sometimes all the players run out of bounds after inbounding. That really is annoying.

same here. i tried to play games not to simulate 'em 'cause there's a glitch while simulating too. that's fucked up. it must be a way to correct this.

Could You please reupload it some where else? Can't download it, would be much easier if it would be on radpishare, filefornt, fileplantet, megaupload, or some thing like that. PLEASE!!!!! Really want to play...

Ingame bugs fixed, sry it was editor problem. I can't fix dclass problem, so I'll try to talk with Vlad bout this.

When i load the rosters...i still have the same palyers and teams i had before loading new roster...Not 2003 players, but current ones...whats the problem?

I think the game checks the most recent roster file, then updates it via Living Rosters. Either turn Living Rosters off, or load the game to main menu, then put the 2K3 roster file in the saves folder. I imagine that when a newer Living Roster files comes out, the game will only check and update that one as it will be the newest file.

i already turned off the living rosters,but still didnt get exactly what you meant with your second advise..

Load up the game, and after everything has loaded, alt+tab out of the game, then put the downloaded 2K3 roster file in the "saves" folder, then go back in-game and load it. You should have the correct rosters.

Few problems with cfs.For example Jordan was looking like allen iverson .Should i use the settings which came with that download pack,cause it would mess up my controller settings...?
