Are there any tools for modifying the sliders in My Player mode? And i don't mean cheating like editing the ratings of your player, but just the gameplay sliders.
I want to increase stuff like foul settings, game speed, injuries and such.
I've mid-season with My Player. I've heard you can edit the sliders in the main menu before starting a My Player career and they will apply, but are there any external tools to do it in the middle of a season?

There is a memory editor called TSearch, you use this to edit values in games.
Download TSearch:
http://www.timsvault.com/cheattools/tsearch.zipDownload Cheat Table:
http://www.mediafire.com/?wkmynmzdizyFollow these instructons:
1. Run NBA 2K10, go to the slider options from the main menu

2. Edit these sliders to how you want them

3. Run TSearch.

4. Open process button -> Choose nba2k10.exe

5. Click the Open button, open the cheat table.

6. Go through the list and Freeze any values that have been changed

7. Load your My Player file

8. Save your My Player file straight away as you have changed these values, and then you wont need to change them again

Wow! Thanks for that very detailed answer!
So, can I change sliders and will they affect My Player mid season, or do I have to start My Player over in order to apply them?
Also, I can change the simulated minutes played in a game for CPU teams as well?

You can change them anytime you want, no need to start again.
And yes, you can change the sim minutes

Hi there, this is very helpful. However my main issue is that I have a negative rating effecting My Player mode, seemingly regardless of how well I do. I've heard you can stop this using tsearch and sliders? I have got as far as you go in the tutorial, however all my values are showing up as 0. I'm not sure if this is correct? I am also not sure what slider will effect the negative player rating, do you happen to know?

OK, explain what you mean by negative player rating? Do you mean you arent playing well?
And what version of the game do you have? Have you got the 1.1 patch?
