Cleveland Cavs: Unknown (Maybe Izzo?)

A few of those guys are already in there, I know Avery Johnson is coach146.iff, Larry Drew is 526.iff.

I found JVG and Mike Fratello but I didn't see any that resembled Collins. I doubt he's in the game since last time he coached was 5+ years ago so why would 2k have an .iff file for him.

How do move those guys into place as coach? Like if Avery Johnson is there, how do we swap him in for Lawrence Frank?

Thibodeau is in there as the Celtics Asst Coach. How to make him the Bulls coach?

Nope, it isn't because Doug Collins doesn't exist in game.. And there is also no hidden Cf of him.. I thought you would create his CF from some assistant coach that look like him..
