simple slider question

here's the thing. i finally have sliders that work well for me. i mean, stats are realistic for the most part, but i still have trouble with gameplay. what do i mean? well, the players aren't collapsing to the paint the way they should. i want to be able to get easier jump shots on the perimeter with few quick passes like in the real nba, or an open shot with an in and out game. but defenses do not collapse, or they react too quickly and get way too quick to the open man. does anyone know how to fix this? this results with too many pip, and not enough open jump shots.

Decrease quickness, on ball d and contest shots sliders

Help defense is still not realistic though, especially on the player's side. My centers do never sag into the paint to stop a drive from the other side.
