Problem with Windows XP

I tried to play NBA Live But i have an abort message. It says "initmemmansize - failed to allocate memory block file win\initmem.c line 226" How can i resolve this problem?

i forgot to tell you i am talking about NBA live 1997

Try Compatibility Mode. NBA Live 97 wasn't designed to run under Windows XP.

Try installing the MS-DOS version and running it under DOS Box.

Problem is with ram memmory with 1 GB and more. With less memmory like 512 mb of ram game works perfectly.
