If they will be going to release that shoes in the 2010, then that would be a perfect graphic for the games. In this case the real shoes patch might be exciting because you can see the shoe fashion of our favorite NBA stars. I have to look at them and purchase as they will open this year.

Yea I have noticed the same thing. There is nothing wrong with your download. But I think you can still use the 4.0 shoe patch you just have to have downloaded the 3.0 shoe patch first which has all the shoes that you will need. Then you can just use the 4.0 shoe patch to change the teams home and away.
