Can't Get Bradley Center Update to Show Up in Game

I downloaded the Bradley Center patch, and installed it, but it doesn't seem to be showing up in the game.
I followed the process described using EAGraph to install the patches. Seemed like everything went through just fine, but when I go in the game, I'm still seeing the ugly EA scoreboard and none of the Bradley Center updates. I also created an xstadium folder, put the .fsh file (mlstd.fsh) in it, and tried that with no luck. I have changed customart to 1 as I have installed other custom art like jerseys and other courts which have shown up.
Any suggestions?
