Hey can anyone make a patch for rookies in dynasty mode?????

most rookies in the dynasty modes are at least 21-25 it so bad because i dont have enough time to develop there game. unlike 2005 i can draft 18-21 of age rookies.

is it posible to ower the age of the players being drafted????

Just change their birth date in players.dbf. The last four digits in their BIRTHDATE value represent the year.

Same way you change any data in a DBF file. Open with DB Commander, find the appropriate record (in this case the player you want to edit), locate the value you wish to change (in this case, the BIRTHDATE column) and type in the new value.

i can't understand.. Example for this player, Aaron Williams, his birthdate is 19711002, last 4 digit is 1002? What does this mean?

Sorry, I meant the first four digits; in that example, 1971. So, if you wanted to change his year of birth to 1980, you'd change his BIRTHDATE value to 19801002.

Changes are saved automatically in DB Commander when you move to a new cell (box) in the database, but you can also click the tick button down the bottom.

in nba live 2005 the players were atleast 18-21 years old but in nba live 08 its atleast 21-25 years old is it posible to import the rookie generating files of 05 to 08??? please help...T.T


The older the rookies means the the less the time we have to develop their game.T.T

No, not as far as I'm aware. The only solution is the one provided in this thread; manually change rookies as necessary.
