OFFSEASO TASK CANNOT ACCESS

hi everybody,, the offseason task in association is all simulation,,i cannot perform on signing staffs,re-signing players,qualifying offers,rookie signing, etc... please help.. tnx

Maybe you have all set those tasks to auto and handled by your assistants. Turn it off.
