I Have Download the patch and whe i extract the files in my pc and i want to install the patch

THE UPGRADE PATCH CANNOT BE INSTALLED BY THE WINDOWS INSTALLER SERVICE BECAUSE THE PROGRAM TO BE UPGRADED MAY BE MISSING OR THE UPGRADE PATCH MAY UPDATE A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE PROGRAM.VERFIY THAT THE [PROGRAM TO BE UPGRADED EXISTS ON THE PC AND THE VERSION OF THE PATCH IS CORRECT UPDATED

ia have everything and i waited so long to play it online ...if someone can help me pls i would appreciate it

what version do you have? US or AUS/EUR?

Make sure you have the AUS/EUR version of the patch then.

i am ssure i trid it like 3 times :S....when i download it too my pc what should i do next...where should i extract them?

Ye then install. Is it the DVD version or Download version (Gamersgate, Steam)?

no its a DVD version but when i try to install it at the end i shows me the sign that i have wrote in the first post

I would only do this as a last resort because of the incompatibility problem your having, but you can open the exe with winrar and extract the files manually.

When you open the zip file with winrar, right click the exe and go "View file", then do the same for the msp file that comes up. You will then see a new nba2k10.exe file and a createpholder.iff

Then put them into the 2K10 folder, but make sure you backup the original files just in case anything goes wrong
