I'm building this team around Super star player Rudy Gay, and during this dynasty i'll be adding some great young talent to this team, so our super star player won't be unhappy in the city of rock 'n' roll, memphis. I plan on bringing an nba championship to this very young team in 4 years.

As you can see we have a very young team, we only have one assistant but a very good assistant headcoach, in this years' upcoming rookie draft, i plan on drafting a small forward and a shooting, and if not a shooting gaurd a point gaurd. I want this team to have a great back court, because our team will be a run an gun team in this crazy western conference. We have an assistant who specializes in offense and athletics.

One player that we have our eye on is the rookie point gaurd of the new orleans hornets, Deron Collinson, this guy reminds me of Deron Williams and I love Deron Williams type of point gaurds. Not only do they have the same first name but they have similar abilities and they're both very young and have bright futures, but the guy as i said before that we have our eye on is Deron Collinson.

RG-First off I'd like to say, that i want to bring a championship to this team, i know, yes i know that i'll be a free agent this year, but if you give me the amount of money that i want, then i'll stay in memphis. This is an exciting little town with nice people and i love it here, I don't like the big citys, i like it here in memphis. But I also have to think of myself as well, i want an nba ring some time in the future. Whether its here or some where elese, i will get me a ring, i prefer it to be here in the great city of memphis!

Reporter-Gm, there's a rumor going around all the news papers and radio sports talk shows that, you're planning on bringing rookie point gaurd, Deron Collinson to this team, can please confirm this?

Gm-Yes! Its definitely true, i plan on bringing in some great young scorers, and some defenders to this team, they won't all be young though, because you can have an entire team composed of entirerly young players ya know? I'd like to have a great starting point gaurd and a great back up point gaurd who can come off the bench behind Gordon. With our assistant coach, he's going to make Eric Gordon a great scorer in this league because he'll be working on Gordon's offensive abilities a lot the next several years including this year. So, that Rudy Gay won't have to do all the scoring himself, we need another 20 point a game scorer, how does that sound Rudy?

RG-That sounds very nice sir, I have a lot of respect for you because you want to give me some help, I'm like a younger version of Lebron James, I can dunk like him and I can almost score like him. But sir, you know what? I sure would love to have a great passer on this team, maybe you can make a trade for Deron Williams?


Gm-Ha ha, you're a funny guy Rudy. I don't think utah would trade their super star player, but don't worry with our assistant developing our team's offensive skills, and with the great scorers i'll bring to this team, or attempt to bring, we will have a great franchise for many years to come.

The memphis grizzlies have made two big trades, first with the denver nuggets. We sent O.J. Mayo and Sam Young to denver for J.R. Smith. Then we sent Marcus Wiliams and Steven Hunter to portland for Martel l Webster.





With the addition of our biggest addition of the year J.R. Smith, we should be even more athletic and a great scoring team, we now have someone who can run down the court with Rudy Gay and can dunk like Rudy Gay, because J.R. Smith is a highflyer. I don't know if we're going to make any more trades this season. We got Martell Webster just in case Rudy Gay declines to resign with us, or even signs with us. Then we could always draft another small forward with our first pick in the rookie draft.

We lost our first game to the new york knicks in a tough battle, we need a better defensive power forward who can handle players such as Al Harrington. We might sign somebody, this was a tough loss, especially after the trades we just made, hopefully we fair better in our next game.

Yeah true, but I needed a bit more experienced player and someone who is a greater dunker so Conley Jr. can go for Alleyoops to Smith, I'm a big fan of J.R. Smith. I had to be fair and send denver a shooting gaurd as well, sending Brewer to the nuggets would have been unfair. Thanks for the input.

We had a good game against the bobcats, but we still need a better defending big man, and a better bench, but we're not even considering trading our star big man Zack Randolph, so that is out of the question. Currently we're training Mike Conley Jr. in his offensive skills so he can be a better passer, and eventually, hopefully, he'll be a playmaker.

We had a very bad game against detroit, letting Ben Gordon so many points off the bench, we are one or two players away from a winning team, right now we are 1-2 in our division.

Thanks, yeah plus it was only an 11 point victory, but as you can see Webster had 3 blocks off the bench and Aurthor had an amazing 10 points, I didn't think Darrell had it in him, he had a good game.
