What a great series this should be. Know I'm jumping the gun, but seriously, Phoenix has this in the bag. With the loss, the Jizz fall to 5th where they face the Thuggets. I personally think they are the second and third best teams in the conference. Despite their road woes, I think that the Jazz, with a healthy Boozer, can steal one of the first two on the road, and win this in 6.
My prediction: Jazz in 6.

I like the Jazz in six also. This Denver team today is totally different from the one a month ago and they don't look like a team primed for a long playoff run. If Chauncey can out-play Deron Williams the Nuggets have a great chance, but I think the key is keeping Williams under wraps.
Surprise player in this series will be... Ty Lawson? I think the back court combo of Lawson at the 1 and Chauncey at the 2 can really do damage against Williams and whoever (Matthews, Gaines, Price?) is in the back court with him.

Nuggets in 6
Is Gaines still on the Jazz team?

jazz in 7

He is indeed.
Nuggets in six. Tough call and clinching in Utah will be no easy task, but with Billups' past heroics and Boozer possibly not at 100%, I don't think it's unreasonable.

Jazz in 6! Jazz in 6!

I'm a fan of both sooooo "Kirilenko is an ugly motherfucker..." may give them an edge!!!!

I'm hoping Denver in 5... but I think they might be stretched to 6. I just think Melo and Billups will be too good for them.

I agree badreligionau because, other than Kirilenko and Boozer, the Jazz don't have much defense, and hopefully Melo and Billups can take advantage of that.

From the bench while sitting in street clothes?

What a battle this is going to be. I'm going to give an edge to the Nuggets in 7 though. Homecourt advantage and Mr. Big Shot I think will save the day. Also Kenyon is going to defend Boozer, so how his knee holds up will also be a factor I think.

Nuggets played fairly well in Game 1. Melo was off his nut with 42... As for the Jazz- Deron is on a different planet compared to his teammates. Oh and Mehmet may be out for a few games, he went off injured and didnt come back...

Shit,Memos out for a few months.Jazz either start Fesenko or start Millsap and move Boozer to the Centre position

Hollinger will be wrong, but the Jazz have enough to make it series with Denver.
I'm loathe to ignore facts, but Denver does have the advantage in being absolutely without fear. As game one showed, they went off and Utah could not find anyone to respond.
Denver thinks they can make it to the Finals, not sure the Jazz do.

Oh my God. His account has been hacked.

I'm sick of Hollinger.
Still, I'm glad that if the Mavs advance, they won't face either of these teams. Seems like they're crazy good at offensive execution which I don't fancy going up against the Mavs and their on-again off-again defensive intensity. Then again, it's not like Phoenix or Portland will be a cakewalk.

I hope Jazz wins this series

without Memo and AK47, it was a great 2nd Game "Shake it Baby"

the Jizz fall to 5th where they face the Thuggets

Wow z02 i never knew you can see the future

Im fairly confident that if Utah win this game (game 3) they will go onto win the series..
Sat Apr 24, 2010 3:40 pm
And they did in a laugher. Even without two starters, Utah remains the better team. Smart money's on the home teams winning out here.
Sat Apr 24, 2010 3:46 pm
Awesome, looks like Denver will even up the series in game four.
Sat Apr 24, 2010 3:50 pm
I bet you a somewhat demeaning custom title that the Jazz take game #4.
Sat Apr 24, 2010 4:41 pm
As a coach, Adrian Dantley looks a lot like Michael Curry during games: Perplexed and Focused on anything but the game at hand.

What the hell is going on with the Nuggets?
I was hoping to see them make George Karl proud...
