Error on the calendar

When I play Dynasty and put a random schedule, I can not do anything, will not let me hire employees.
If I put NBA schedule, the first season if I can, but the second schedule happens to me randomly.
What is the problem?

The game will always generate a random schedule at the beginning of the second season. That's what it's supposed to do.

It should normally, there's no commonly experienced schedule bug in NBA Live 08 as far as I can recall; I've never encountered anything like that when testing the rosters. We'd need a bit more information about your situation, including any patches you're using and database edits you've made (if any).
