All the work that gets done for this season will make it easy for anyone to do 1992-1993, 1993-1994 etc. I would personally love to see 1992-93 because of how good the Suns were & have Shaq as a rookie.

it looks amazing. this leads to the thing that i would ignore nba 2k11 and if this 91-92 and 95-96 mod by inbar, ilyas and rage_stc are released.

Yup the court is courtesy of DefJam , with some minor tweaks done by me

so true.. i'm thinkin' that major improve in 2k11 would be if we could continue assosiation from 2k10!! 'cause these amazing patches are timeless, i just can't imagine how much time it would take to play full season & 12min/q to complete dynasty from 1991 'till 2011.. ofcourse with real draft classes..

That would be cool. hopefully 2K is taking a look at what's being done with all the retro patches!

Can you edit refs? I'd can just see a virtual Hue Hollins out there making bad calls lol.

they won't. Because several players (barkley, jordan especially) don't belong to retired players association, so, thus, cannot be included into computer game. And i'm pretty sure there are other legal issues to include retro stuff in such amount as making retro teams. EA Sports had plans of including several retro teams, there actually were hidden parts of that (speech files, roster), but this issue hasn't been resolved since.

if there's a will there is a way.. there would be a way belive me.. the thing is just most ppl don't even want it in the game.. and i dont think they see a reason why to put so much money and effort in something most ppl dont care about. and the game would be more expensive.. but what they COULD do.. ist to make those classic teams downloadable for money for those who want them.. they probably never thought of something like that.

Well I know the case of a Football video game some years ago (around 2006 I believe) were the company didn't had enough money to to purchase the licenses for teams and players, so they went old school making a game with football players from the early 90's like Joe Montana, Troy Aikman, etc. and it was a total hit.
Anyway, back on topic...
