i don't think so.

PC games don't work on Macs, unless you run them from a Windows emulator, but that's a whole other story.

You can run windows on a mac via boot camp, which is fairly easy to set up. After that just install windows drivers via the snow leopard cd, then install the game. It will run fine on medium with high textures, i have same specs but a 2.26ghz core 2 duo processor, and I get 40fps with everything on medium and textures on high.
