Low framerate online

Need some help right there people !!! when i'm playing offline my framerate goes to 30 i don't know why i can't go up .my computer is an intel core2 duo E7400 @ 2.80 Ghz Geforce GTX260 512 Mo 2GoRam
well offline is playable but when I go on-line the framerate drop to 15 fps and the game is so sloooooooooooooow , how can I make the framerate go up? if anybody has this issue please let me know =)

run bechmark.. if u have done it then choose some user online who have done it aswell

yeah thank you low framerate was because of 2k's benchmark i forgot to do it !
