Having problem with trade restriction!

For some reason, the salary cap limit does not work when trading in dynasty mode. I was able to acquire a max salary player (15mil/yr) for a rookie (3.5 mil/yr) altho I am way over the cap.

I checked the salary.ini file and it have 15% + 100K on it. Does anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a problem with the salary cap in Dynasty Mode. Sometimes if a trade greatly favours the CPU team, the rules of the salary cap will be ignored.
