Lakers Great Western Forum test court UPDATED

Postby Larry Licker SP1 on Wed Mar 17, 2010 5:42 pm

UPDATE: I was able to remove the yellow textures from mid court now i just need one of the patchers to test it with the great western forum floor texture and logo. Note: i fixed the missing out of bounds texture to the best of my ability

Hex editor how did I forget about this program! Did you open only the court file or something else too?

download the file and let me know if u can override some of those yellow textures on the court, otherwise this experiment is a FAIL, and a tutorial will be pointless.

I tried, can't open with iff editor but decompressed it with a nba 2k10 mod tool so I can change now the center logo floor texture and couple more. But I can't change the out of bounds and paint area. You should try to make some more like these,Lakers court out of bounds were not changebale before .

Doesn't look really good with that yellow color around mid court and somehow the one part of paint area for me is not hidden :(

But I think somehow it's possible to edit.

you know there is a forum arena w/ court all ready in the game. It just is on of the unused arenas. It was in the game last year to.

Nice! I'm defnetly gonna try this. Do you have the Great Western Forum arena for it too?

Also, will you change the logo in the middle to the old Lakers logo? that would be cool!

Good to hear the good news. But you should still try to make the textures out of bounds appear- just make the yellow paint rectangle that u put on top smaller ;) Im sure you will figure this out.

just download the link i have there and see for yourself. Its not gonna be flawless because im basically just guessing numbers, but its presentable for the 91-92 roster if someone can get the logo at mid court in there without problems

It's amazing! Just too bad I don't have the forum center logo :D

I guess it took a lot of time if you were guessing the numbers.

Is it possible to edit pistons court? I'm asking this one because it has a paint area and circle paint area and in the 90s many courts have been like this. For example sonics, they had green circle pain area and red paint area. Can you try to make something like this? :)

Same problem and in the same place textures pop up like I tried yesterday, maybe I'm doing something wrong.I think others should try. But,if this problem continues you can edit already made courts with old logos or something like that.
