How's Al Horford doing? Maybe you could trade for him. He can play PF. And he's not a defensive black hole like Lee.

NBA.com Interview: Seattle Stealth Head Coach Will Sit
The Seattle Stealth enjoyed a roller coaster ride through the Western Conference in the last playoffs as they knocked out bitter archrivals, Portland, from the postseason while falling to Sacramento in a seven game series in the Western Conference Finals. With one season under his belt, Head Coach Will Sit is confident that he and his staff will be able to lead the Stealth back to the playoffs in the 2012-13 season. NBA.com had an exclusive interview with Sit.NBA.com: When you got the gig, did you think you were going to do so well in your first season?
Sit: I had the support of George Karl and a great network of staff. I was always fairly confident that the Stealth could have a great season. I guess there was a bit of controversy in the locker room and so my expectations weren’t high. You could say that the team did exceed my expectations.
NBA.com: Are you able to tell us about that team controversy?
Sit: You know that I’m not going to talk about that.
NBA.com: Are you excited by Rasheed Wallace joining you as an assistant coach? And do you think Jason Kidd could ever be on the sidelines?
Sit: Sheed brang a lot of character into our locker room so it’s great to keep him around. I think that he will be a hit with all the players and he brings a ton of experience with him. His decision to retire really surprised me because I thought he had another one or two years in this league. We could have used him for another title run but I guess he wanted to retire while he could still play. A lot of guys have too much pride to ride on other players’ coattails to titles. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing. I’m just saying that I respected Sheed’s decision to retire.
As for Jason, there are players who you can see are coaching material. I don’t think Jason is one of them. Plus, I think he has other pursuits in life that he would want to pursue after his playing career.
NBA.com: Talk about your team for this upcoming season.
Sit: I think I really do have a great side. No one appreciates how international experience can help an NBA player but I had so many guys playing at the Olympics last Summer and I am really glad for that. I’ve got guys who were competing against the best of the best. I know that Kevin (Durant) told me that the 2010 World Championships in Turkey really helped to fuel his desire to win ring in the NBA,
Guys like Andrew Bogut, Kevin, Jao Wu, Luis Scola are coming back a little bit more tired but a lot more motivated to do well for Seattle.
We have a solid frontcourt rotation with two of the best wing players in the NBA. Jason is just a legendary point guard who is still chasing after his first title. I think if we won it all today, he would retire. We really want to win the championship for Jason and I think we have a tight knit group to do that. I mean – we’ve been playing together for the better part of two or three seasons now.
NBA.com: And your rookie Jao Wu?
Sit: The kid is sensational. He just has so much pace and a great skill set. I’m very excited about squeezing him into the rotation. We’re stacked at point guard but I think he could play really well at shooting guard so he may get minutes behind Ty (Reshawn Tyson).
But we will see how he goes in the preseason as well as training camp. Just because he was the first pick does not guarantee him minutes in my books.
NBA.com: When you look back at your time as the General Manager, are you proud of what you accomplished?
Sit: I’m very proud. We made the playoffs in every season except one since we changed our name to the Stealth. I’ve built up my ideal team – traded for all my players. It was a sweet process and to see the rewards still coming to fruition in the last Draft, that was very satisfying. However, I’ve got to say that being the Head Coach is a much bigger honor and job.
NBA.com: Is Kevin Durant going to lead the league in scoring?
Sit: I don’t think he will. He may prove me wrong. Just don’t be surprised if we have Andrew, Kevin and Ty all averaging 20 each. I want balanced scoring and play from the team. We need to make sacrifices to win and if Kevin is taking too many shots, then I will tell him.
So you better tell people not to expect too much from him. They may be disappointed.
NBA.com: We’ve heard plans that a trade may be in the works for a forward? Any information on that?
Sit: I’m happy with my personnel. I can’t channel what management is thinking.
NBA.com: Last but not least, what’s with the hair?
Sit: (Laughs) Just a bit of fun. I wanted to do something a little different. A lot of the older coaches don’t appreciate it but they will get over it eventually. If we win because I have a funky ‘do, then I’m getting the whole team to have the same style of cut as me for the next season!
