well first you try n clear your cookies / cache, if that does not work trying scanning your registry for errors, if that's ok, try uninstalling the appz you posted, n reinstalling them *ie firefox, if that does not work, try a full system scan, if then your still having problems, try to do a system restore first, then if that doesn't do it, back up all your INFO, then reinstall your windows, i would recommend windows 7 or xp, you cant really go wrong with either of them, im currently on win 7 and i love it, if i didn't have it id defintly choose win 7 over vista anytime of the day. hope it helps you bro. and great manu btw.

windows 7 brO!! no question about it!!! its perfect.but be sure youll be using 32 bit only..coz the 64bits one is very sensitive when wer talkin about program compatibility..thats why i cant share my patches coz im using 64bit of windows 7..goodluck!!
