Dude, your works are simply amazing! For Batum, I have a few suggestions

1) Make a little bit more accessories under the neck and left shoulder as shown in the picture above. (INewbie has did sth. similar to his VC15, you can take a look at it)
2) Make the hair color more united (right now some parts are dark, and some parts are lighter, which looks unatural)
