it's normal. all the bald players has that problem. it is a ea bug.

It's not a bug, it indicates the lack of an alpha layer with the face you're using. Run a search on alpha layers here in the NBA Live 08 section and you'll find some more info on what you need to do to fix the problem.

As I said, run a search here in the NBA Live 08 section. The steps for adding alpha layers to cyberfaces has been posted a few times before.

Well, those are the steps you have to follow; that's what needs to be done. If there's a particular part of the process you're having trouble, perhaps someone can explain it to you in a different way.

I think there was a pack of cyberfaces released with proper alpha textures for LIve 07 that is compatible with Live 08.
Here's the cyberface sweat pack that was released for 07.
http://download.nba-live.com/index.php?act=view&id=1216In order to keep the cyberface patches you have installed, you need to extract only the cyberfaces you need from that file to the sgsm directory. If you use that file to replace the one from NBA Live 08, you will lose any new cyberfaces added between those versions, but it should fix your problem with all the generic players not having alpha textures if you export the ones you need.

whis is not work.
i extract this file to my sgsm/players folder, but that player head is shiny.
