All of my work is worth nothing?

dude, like i said, someone else can try and do the roster, but i can't keep spending this amount of time on video games

i've given you all everything i have for the roster which should just be a simple copy and paste into the REDitor but it's not working

I'm sick of trying to figure out workarounds and re-creating these players

Is itpossible to do it manual, step by step? I will try to do 1-2 teams and get to know how it works.

open this roster in the reditor

and open that spreadsheet in excel or open office (free)

from the top go through each column from the excel/open office file and copy and paste the values into the REDitor.

Once the ratings and tendencies are done goto the bank of names and copy and paste in sheet 3 or 4 of that spreadsheet starting at ID #3 (after the blank value)

that last part is where we run into issues

if you are able to get the players onto the teams like that it will be very simple to get the logos and other stuff done without replacing files. however replacing the courts themselves is still impossible but we can use that arena you made for all of the stadiums.

I had begin to do every player manually, I did like five teams and stopped because I saw that you had found a new way for it to work but I guess not.

I created every player for the first five teams, then I was gone to do the ratings later with REDitior but I'll see......

If you guys are completely giving up, just give me the project and I'll probably create an installer as I did for my last project if we can not generate a legit roster, I still believe it is possible but may take more work than we thought at first!!!

I would actually stop working on the street mod to get this done before March because I really want to do this.....

I paste all without names and everything in roster editor and in game is good but I can't play match or traning.
Names I can put in game, It's possible. I must solve my problem, probably it's like that because of IFF files.

the only thing that I'm not sure how to do is eliminate the teams from signing NBA players, because in this roster the players are on proper teams but the nba players are still in free agency!!!!

Problem is witch column "GenericF", when I set "1", I can't play NBA matches. Rest is ok.

Yes, now I see problems with putting new names, I will write to Hugo for advices, they probably done EL in that same way.

ok I have every team up to tennessee done, Im guessing you can now copy and paste their ratings HOPEFULLY!!!, I didnt know that 2k had an create a player limit which is 150 I believe, I'm guessing the next option is to turn the current created players into regular generic players (which i currently do not know how to do), then we can continue creating the rest of the players

Also, I currently do not have internet in my dorm, do to my roommate getting angry at Modern Warfare (LONG STORY ) so my responses maybe late over the next week or two.....

I can't change team names. Can somebody help?

REDitor should allow you to change the team names in the Bank of Names section....but we might run into the same issues as before with the player names

Players don't have CFs, only "in game"created players but it looks fine.

looks like progress is finally here.......how where you able to get the teams, did you just match the names to someone whose already in the game?
