Possibly a glitch??

So I'm playing with a created team for my assoc..I have damn near 90 players for every single position..players roles are off and team chemistry is on....If i sim I do nothing but lose ALL THE TIME...I may get a couple wins here & there but nothing substantial....Is this possibly a glitch? do I have the wrong settings or something? ....some help guys pls

I said it's when I simulate....just doesn't make any sense..I'm guessing no one else has this problem?
