MY Player Mode - Rotation, need help plz

Hey guys, i have a question to you:
Every time when i play MY PLAYER i come to a team and of course sitting the first games on the bench, but after 5 or 6 games suddenly i'm in the starting five! Okay maybe i played good, but its some kind of unrealistic when chris paul sitting on the bench with a 95 overall rating and a 62-overall-rookie starts for New Orleans?!?!
Is there any way that i can sit in the first season most of playtime on the bench, till i have a 75-80 rating??? Do i have to play poorer, or what??? Maybe you can give me a grade like NBA 2k10 MY Player Mode: A+... B- (because i believe that a C+ or C bring me to the D-League)
