I can't seem to find some players of mine. I can't find the model of Tracy Mcgrady or Paul Pierce, ... Normally their names are the first 2 letters of their first name and secondname so you can easily notice it. But i can't find their models. Is there anyway to find them in the SGSM folder ?

Unless you're using a patch for said player, they won't have any loose files in the sgsm folder. Their art files will be in the .viv files found under the players folder within sgsm instead.
plyrface.viv contains the cyberfaces
plyrlodb.viv contains the headshapes
plyrtat.viv contains the skin files (note that not every player in the league has a custom skin file)

What do I have to do when I have got a player .fsh and .ebo which i want to use instead of the old ones. I can't change them by dragging them into sgsm because i don't find their original fsh and evo file. Should i open these viv files with eagraph and than what? replace the original with the new(I see all the player names in there)? But how ?

.fsh and .ebo files go directly in the sgsm folder. Any loose files in the sgsm folder will be loaded instead of the ones in the .viv files, so you don't need to worry about finding or replacing anything. So, if you have files for Tracy McGrady (TRMCGRA) and Paul Pierce (PAPIERC), just place them in the sgsm folder and the game will load those files instead of their equivalents in the .viv files.

these are the files i downloaded from brat (thanks again for the marquis update!) It's marquis daniels with dreadlocks(My marquis daniels had a basic haircut).
madanieB.ebo
madanie_leg_tat.fsh
madanie_arm_tat.fsh
madanie.fsh
I want the dreadlocks so i just place those files in the sgsm folder didn't ask me to replace. I start the game and nothing is changed.
So i thought... a few of my files are called like this :
plyrprts~AABROOK.big
I tried to find marquis there... no luck. Then i changed the name to "plyrprts~madanie.big" - no luck either.
What should i do?

The portraits are actually stored in the fe folder. Renaming them isn't enough, you need to change the seven letter value inside the file with a hex editor to change it. However, there's no need to mess around with those files to accomplish what you want to do.
I would've thought a patch like that would also need a madanieB_hair.ebo file as well as the regular headshape (madanie.ebo) file. Basically you're doing everything right, all you need to do with a patch like that is place it in the sgsm folder so I'd ask s_brat about it directly.
