yeah it don't look like 2k green layer, but in game everything is perfect !

That's a pretty shit way of doing it, I'm sorry. It does not provide the proper normal mapping for the sides. Emboss basically makes two different photos over a gra background, one with nothing but white on it, and one with nothing but black on it, and then blends them based on the angle and pixel separation. Normal mapping provides a much cleaner and more gradual affect.
