You're on the wrong section dude. Maybe you can try posting this thread on the NBA Live 06 section.

Although you can use some court files from NBA Live 08 with NBA Live 06, if that's what you're asking for. You might want to check out Bryan_C's thread, though the latest release of the NBA Live PC Project for NBA Live 06 does contain court updates.
