That oatmeal site is great.

We owned a stud named Toby (I say "stud" meaning a male horse meant for breeding - I'm not professing a repressed attraction to him or anything). Toby was a lonely horse; we had to keep him separate from the rest of the animals because he was always trying to have steamy horse sex with them...

Oskar,you gotta be pretty stupid to do those.
They are 50/50.
Some people increase they're verticals because of this,and some people mess up they're verticals.

I don't do these yet, this is one of the pages that I have looked the stuff up from, one of many, and I bookmarked it incase I wanted to do it soon. Right now I do different exercises, no squats for example as I'm not fully grown yet.

It remains a mystery to me how can the exercises that are listed on the page mess up ones vertical if the exercises are done a hundred percent properly? If you do things properly (eating, proper exercise mechanics, enough rest to the muscles etcetera) while putting in the effort, you increase your vertical.

To me a stupid one is the one who does nothing, being afraid of the chances there are that something might get messed up. I'd rather take a risk than not progress, even though the risk when doing proper stuff properly are slim to none.
