big Association problems! pls help!

I have been playing the association since a month ago. mine is PC version. And I have just passed the All-star weekend (February). Then I found that all the players of my team got their rating dropped (e.g. iverson's default rating is 83 and it dropped to 74)!
I also found that some players in my team became upset about their roles or minutes they were getting (their morale dropped).
I don't know if I am the only one to have these problems. I am frustrated... pls help fix it!!

nothing we can do except wait for the official patch which is supposed to fix this issue

I have no idea how I can wait for two months more without playing association...

just keep playing and not use the development feature

let the game simulate that feature automatically

I didn't even click on the development cuz I heard from someone in here that the development feature gets the player's rating dropped!
but I have no idea why it still happened on me even I didn't touch the development feature!
