why does salary cap increase?

Does it make salary cap increase by 2M each year and if so, why?
Is there an inflation in player's salaries as well?

Player salaries do not increase when the cap goes up. However, the salary cap does increase every year, as it does in the NBA (except the year before last, when it decreased for the first time since the cap was implemented).

I mean, sure, players salaries should be the same but, players should be demanding a little more each year because of the inflation or something

Not usually. The issue of free agents signing for the minimum might cause problems now and again. There's a maximum salary cap value that prevents the cap from getting too large (and thus giving teams enough space to sign too many good free agents).
