Getting Rubio on my current asscosiation

is it possible?
im almost mid season and don't think i put him on the draft...
even if i did- how can i make it use rubio's cyberface (png1601 - ricky rubio) and attach a portrait to him ?
and if i didn't- is there any way to create a player/edit his name and stuff mid season ?
