I picked a great time to get rid of Frye.

to airgordon:

meh.
Not sour graping or anything but I did weigh the options of what I was about to do then. With the number of participants we have in this year's NLSC league, losing Salmons was no biggie. All of us basically have a potential all-star team, considering the FA pool.
That made me think to myself when recently arranging my roster's, "fuck, this isn't completely fun" (having all-star teams), to a certain extent.
Which reminds me to remind everyone to organize the league next year at least a month early before the start of the regular season.

Though admittedly, I was mesmerized and hoping that this is a new Larry Hughes or at least a freak season for him. We're talking about a player here who's career eFG% is .437 or FG% of .410 who's currently having an eFG% of .591 or FG% of .527. His previous season high on eFG% or FG% isn't even near the % he's doing now. He must be on drugs or something.

I'm betting Nate will continue to be a bitch when he comes back or at least D'Antoni will play them at the same time. Chris Duhon? Please.

yeh sucks only having 8. even if this was more organized- seems like the regulars that were in this league in the past aren't around/posting anymore/as much as before... but wutever. maybe all 8 guys will stick out it since it's so easy to shuffle the deck..

it's easier not be patient with underperforming players in our league.. even if it's weekly lineups and you can just stash them away. shoot- i think i dropped deng and he went on to get 20rebs lol

all that jibberish about Hughes... wishful thinking ;)

Picked up McGrady in one of the NLSC leagues. He's coming back on the 18th.

And he's going to be injured on the 18th of the following month.

Yeah, picked him up. Doobie's league. Guess that makes it even.

You seem to be unable to grasp the momentous awesomeness of what Hughes is doing right now.
It's like Iverson arriving early and staying late for practice, Zach Randolph averaging 4 assist and 2 blocks per game, Eddy Curry finally getting 10 rebounds per game, or Ben Wallace getting 15 ppg!
Who am I kidding, Hughes just shot 25% (3/12) of his recent game. Even if he did have 5 rebs, 4 asts (2 TO), 4 stls, and 2 blks. Old habits die hard I guess.

Managed to pickup CDR for one of the 2 fantasy teams I have (on the team I didn't get him, he was suppose to be my replacement for Ginobili :( ). First time I've played fantasy, though I'm not doing too badly. Also, Dahntay Jones has been a solid pickup on both my teams so far (y).
