Association Development Lowered Player Overall Rating

After working on a shooting drill with Demar Derozan, his overall rating went from 64 down to 61, and I beat the requirement of the drill too.

When i started the association, i went to development to try increase Derozan's shooting rating right away, no games played yet.

It's a bug and they are working on a fix.
