As I finished the 09-10 season, the draft will be like it comes from the lottery. Golden State, Minnesota, Oklahoma City and Chicago have the best chances.

of course it's understandable that TH50 defend the high overall estimation you gave, but winning the contest shouldn't be about the spread whether by 30 or by 1; with such a disparity and obvious disadvantage you can pretty much kiss any hope of a competitive RotY race good bye (not to mention the already limited viewer interest that's out there); just my 2 cents but do as you will
