As expected, Marion's considered a power forward for the purpose of these lists. I still would've placed him on the list of small forwards, which was kind of weak without him. Looks like Duncan and Amar'e will be listed as centres as well, which you can make the argument for but I really think they should be on this list with Duncan and KG at one and two in some order, pretty close to being on a par. And if Karl Malone can be included in the list, then I think Stockton could've made the cut for the point guards list, for all the difference one extra year in the decade makes.

I would've gone with something like:

1. Tim Duncan
2. Kevin Garnett
3. Dirk Nowitzki
4. Amar'e Stoudemire
5. Pau Gasol
6. Elton Brand
7. Chris Webber
8. Chris Bosh
9. Rasheed Wallace
10. Karl Malone

Thanks. I must admit I didn't do a lot of research with it, I'm sure Ben will be able to produce stats that will rank my choices more objectively and probably bring up one or two that I've overlooked.

Chris Bosh should be above Jamison. good to see Malone. Elton Brand should be higher too.

Duncan should be on this list, as he played most of his career as a PF. Surprising to see Gasol so high up. Although I guess his averages are good enough and now he has a ring as well.

I picked subjectively on who was a SF and who was a PF.

Yeah, but the the centers he played along with cannot really be called PFs either.
