SUPERSTAR MODE

I guess nobody cares about superstar mode anymore. Is it in the game...is it not? The majority of gamers don't get online to play, so the new Live Run will probably be non existant to most of us, kinda like be a pro mode from last year. The Dynamic Season seems pretty cool and the demo is off the chain. I am a diehard Live fan. But alas, 2k has got us again.

A lot of people do, you're not the only one to express disappointment at the lack of info on an expanded Be a Pro Mode, which at this point probably means it's a single game mode again this year if it's in the game. I'm more of a Dynasty player myself so while I'd agree it's one of those modes that is starting to become standard in a sports game (if it isn't already) and Live will have to adopt it at some point, I'm not overly disappointed in its absence as I've never really been one for being locked to one player...though I do like the OTP concept.

I might actually make the switch to the 2k series because of their My Player mode. I love Draft Combine, and look forward to its expanded mode.

Live fans have been craving a superstar mode since it stepped on the scene with Madden. If you’ve played 2K10 Draft Combine, you can tell it was inspired by Be A Pro mode from Live 09. I’m not going to lie to you, I had fun playing the Draft Combine and wish EA could come to their senses and added an extended version of Be A Pro to this years game. Why come up with such an amazing lock player mode to let 2K cash in with the idea???

Speaking of the Combine, I was hoping to check it out but it isn't available to Australian users.
