What are primacy and hardiness?

What do they mean? I thought primacy meant the person's potential. I thought hardiness was a person's energy during the game like how Kenyon Martin has a lot of energy when the Nets start to get going

Primacy is kinda like how important it is to get a player the ball, so Iverson and Tmac are the go to guys and the main options on their teams, therefore would have high primacy's. A guys like Micheal Curry or Bruce Bowen would have a low primacy, therefore they won't take too many shots and hardly try to creat for themselves.

Hardiness is like resistance to injury. A guy like Karl Malone or Micheal Finley would have a high hardiness rating and a player like Grant Hill would have a low onw. Jamal Mashburn and CWebb would also have not too high ones.

I'd also like to point out the Players.dbf Editing Guide should answer most of your questions.
