Yes, but that article is about the Official Signing of Marquis Daniels and Mikki Moore with their respective new teams unlike the first one it's just rumor-rumor (guess so )

I think they are not signing because the future of the bobcats since the owners are selling it and players don't want to sign with the bobcats since they could leave char or stay at char, players tend to want to stay in one city.
