MY PLAYERS IS MISSING HEADS AN FEET IN THE GAME IS IT MY GRAPHIC CARD OR MY DIRECT X 9 I HAD SYSTEM RESTORE MY COMPUTER AN IT STILL DOES'NT SHOW UP RIGHT

Could be your video card, but could also possibly be a problem with an update you've installed. If all else fails, back up your sgsm folder and try running the game without any patches. If it's still not working then it would point back to your video card.

delete everthing out of the folder

Have you experienced any problems when Your Live 08 was first freshly installed ? if so, YOUR VIDEO CARD is the main problem.
