texmod not work for me need help

Hey can anyone of you guys why texmod would not work for you. can you tell me what you did to make texmod work for you becaue i have not ben able to get it to work for me since i had the game i load the nba2k9 exe and put the portrait tpf in and c run but no photo change

im having the same problem and it drives me nuts ....

I can only say this:

Texmod does not work with the ORIGINAL nba2k9.exe file. I hope you get the hint.
