how to create your own shoes.fsh files

can some1 tell me how ot make my own shoes patches using bmp files
do u jus get a pic off the net and convert it to fsh?

yo can someone tell me

I have figured out how to use VivMagic and EAEditor to replace some of the generic And1 shoes with the And1 Rise that someone had made a patch of...

My question is...what program can I use to take those shoes and change the colors so that I may replace the other generic And1 shoes?
