20 and 10? More 97,000 and 13,000 per game.

I thought Eddy Curry will be traded?

I thought Eddy Curry died of cardiac arrest from eating too many Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Pizza Burgers?

Old but funny as hell .

I thought the same thing, Andrew- he'd better shape up or I think this could be it. I'll laugh if he somehow has one 'breakout' season where he gets like 10 reb/2blk a game and then gets some ridiculous Jerome James or Adonal Foyle-esque contract.

His current 7.5M contract is bad enough. How much worse could it get? I doubt he will get a 10M a year contract from somewhere.

At the end of this contract he will return to Europe. No NBA Team will pay him more than $5 million, unless some team hires Isiah Thomas as GM

Uh, I'm pretty sure his height and his infinite project status will keep him in business at least through his 20's.

Assuming he wants to remain in the NBA, though.

Considering he'd be "the man" in Europe and out here in the USA he's a joke...I don't see why he'd stay here. The caliber of play is higher, but Europe gives Milicic an ability to be at the top and all the perks he could ever dream of.

Maybe. He was a force in international games with Serbia, so I don't see why not he would be a force again in Europe. However, in NBA, it's doubtful.

That's certainly my reasoning for thinking it might be a possibility. That and the scrutiny of the New York media and fans. I doubt they'll suffer any pouting, tantrums, half-hearted play or underachieving (and fair enough, quite frankly) so depending on how the season goes and where Darko is at mentally these days, the experience could sour him on continuing his career in the NBA. At the very least, I'd be surprised to see him have a lengthy tenure with the Knicks.

If a star like Starbury can go crazy while being there, Darko sure can.

new yorkers can empathize with his inclination towards sucking.....perenially. (Y)

Darko doesn't suck. He hasn't reached his potential yet.

Assuming the Grizzlies re-sign Miles, of course.
