He was the shite as mob boss Paris in The Big Hit. (Y)

Seen Terminator Salvation, good movie, but nothing beats Terminator 2 for me. I think they plan to make another trilogy with the last part being a "sequel" to the fifth movie but a "prequel" to The Terminator, just to make the entire movie's story timeline a full circle.

Of course it can't beat Terminator 2. T2 is the god of all sequels, it is the film which all sequels should try to emulate.
It is the greatest sequel evar.

Jessica Alba's a brain-dead moron who can't act worth shit either, so yeah, she doesn't turn me on.

Saw Star Trek and Terminator Salvation. Though I've never followed Star Trek literature or the tv shows, I did enjoy the movie as engaging.

Terminator Salvation has some great moments, but I felt too many scenes were contrived or doesn't make sense for the sake of Hollywood special effects. Some of the writing is terrible. Good acting from Bale and Sam Worthington, and I enjoyed the post-apocalyptic atmosphere. Hated Star, that random kid thrown there for cuteness factor or whatever.

I watched The Hurt Locker last night. Totally awesome war movie. One of the better realistic(?) Iraq war based movie, I believe. I would recommend this shit.

Watched Step Brothers yesterday and it was pretty hilarious.

I know Will Ferrell isn't really the most popular guy here, but I like his movies. Although I don't think I'm gonna watch his new one, what's it called? Land of the Lost or so ..

Chocolate

If you enjoy over the top action, see that. Made by the same guys who brought us Ong Bak and other Tony Jaa action flicks.

Been renting a zillion movies lately, but I must say that Thank You For Smoking and Letters From Iwo Jima certainly stood out. The first one is a great satire, it's funny as shit and really quite brilliant. The second on is yet another great flick from Clint Eastwood, not over the top, just a little-known, compelling WWII story told in the best possible way.

Out of extreme boredom, I watched "Bob the Butler" on Netflix instant. Starring Tom Green and Brooke Shields. I shit you not. Tom Green really didn't have far to fall, but he somehow found a cliff to fall off of. It doesn't get worse than this.

The kids go back and forth from hating him to loving him like six times, sometimes for no apparent reason at all... completely horrible movie. The funniest part was him talking to his hamster, but that wasn't even genuinely funny, just damned odd.

Watched The Hangover.

It definitely goes with the whole Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin, Superbad, etc. movies. Lots of laughs. Good times.

Over the last week, I finally got around to watching The Terminator and T2. I've always wanted to watch them but somehow never did.

Very entertaining movies. I'm wondering whether to watch the third (and eventually Salvation, I suppose) or not, since so many seem to say it was a travesty. Any opinions?

T3 yes, is a travesty, except for Kristanna Loken. Salvation is okay.

I had some spare Microsoft points so I rented Terminator 3 on XBOX Live. Not much to say. When it ended, I was like "Wait, that's it?"
