Actually, it's after the one in New York where the first "hamburger" is credited being made. (Although that was named after the one in Germany obviously. And other places in the U.S. claim first as well.)

I never thought about that. I love hamburgers though. Especially chicken burgers. I am trying to make tasty and juicy chicken myself, but it's kind of hard.

Have you tried grinding the chicken meat so it can have a "patty" consistency?

I haven't quite reached that point yet. I was happy that the last time I made chicken it was actually tasty and not dry as fuck. Good home made chicken burgers are like my dream. yeah, I'm a simple assed guy.
I might try grinding it next time. But I don't want to waste food so I take small steps. I can't even make regular hamburger patties, let alone chicken ones.

I think you may not even need a grinder but a meat hammer? to make it into a patty.
