v1.02 released...

v1.02 of my current roster update for NBA Live 2004 is now available, and can be found here.

NEW IN THIS VERSION:
- 2003/2004 Rosters, updated through December 17th, 2003
- Player data and ratings updated
- Player ratings and positions updated for better substitution patterns
- Player ratings updated for better simulated performance
- Player positions updated for better substitution patterns
- Scott Skiles added as coach of Bulls (with real cyberface)
- Stan Van Gundy added as coach of Heat (with generic cyberface)
- Johnny Davis added as coach of Magic (with generic cyberface)
- Mike D'Antoni added as coach of Suns (with generic cyberface)
- Legends Pool/Decade All-Stars Updated
- Kareem Abdul Jabbar (70s All-Stars, Legends Pool)
- Patrick Ewing (90s All-Stars, Legends Pool)
- George Mikan (50s All-Stars, Legends Pool)
- Dennis Rodman (Legends Pool)
- Mark Price (Legends Pool)
- Chris Mullin (Legends Pool)
- Joe Dumars (Legends Pool)
- Kevin Johnson (Legends Pool)
- Spud Webb (Legends Pool)
- Darryl Dawkins (Legends Pool)
- Dan Majerle (Legends Pool)
- Larry Johnson (Legends Pool)
- All new Legends have correct career stats

As well as continuing to improve player ratings and the performance of the current rosters, I'll be adding some more Legends and some classic teams. If you have any ideas for extras I'm open to ideas. I'm also still interested in any feedback that can improve the main roster update.

As always, please base all feedback on this version, as problems in earlier versions may have already been resolved.

but 1 problem, your forgetting one legend, Jerry West Duded! hes not in the game. so as a request, Jerry West

unless he's in another version,
and Oh another legend-

I added Mr Clutch in v1.01, so he's still there in the Legends Pool and in the 60s All-Stars. :wink:

He spent most of his NBA career in Phoenix. But in any event, he'll be in the Legends Pool.

yeah Pheonix, just incase you were to ever make a Jersey Patch to go with this (so each legend on the Decade teams have theyre team jerseys)

I'm a Bulls fan and an Australian, so I'm fully aware of Long Luc. :wink:

He'll be in v1.03, but not as a Legend - he'll be on the '96 Bulls.

I'll change Rodman's hair to the lighter buzzcut, which is closer to his bleached hair. There aren't any red or green hairstyles in the game, unfortunately.

The 1996 Chicago Bulls will be in v1.03. I'm adding some championship and other special teams to future versions of the roster update, as I see they are a popular feature.

1986 Boston Celtics!
thats it! lol it! and like all of the players from that team is in legends pool lol. if you can only make 3 teams, 96 Bulls, and 86 celtics

and maybe for other teams....

Maybe a All-Rookie 1st Year team (Players that had really good rookie years)-
Ex for players-
Rookie Jordan,
Rookie Yao Ming,
Rookie James Worthy,
Rookie Tayshawn (sp?) Prince, (yeah he had a pretty good rookie year!)
Rookie Dirk Nowitzki,
Rookie Rodman,
ect.

I was planning to do the 1986 Celtics. Basically, any team with home and away retro jerseys that won a championship will be considered for addition as a classic team.

So far, I've added the 1996 Bulls and the original Dream Team for v1.03. I won't be releasing v1.03 until the new year, so I'll have plenty of time to add some more teams. (Y)

Andrew have you had any probloms adding more than 4 teams after I added the 5th team it crashed after the jersey select screen tell me if you or anyone else has that problom?
