any tips that would keep players improving?

Put every slider on 15 except the one ypu want to concentrate on. Put that on 55. Usually no players decrease in attributes but increase in the attribute that is marked at 55. Usually a 1-2 point increase.

that method is bogus never works it will decrease you players ratings more then improve them.
